On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away.

A crib and a high chair can be provided on request. The underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation (with pollen filter) ensure a comfortable climate all year round. Ceilings and floors are mostly made of wood.

Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
