Big guest suite, 1bd, 1bth and spacious living

Spacious walkout basement of 850 square feet in a corner house with nice green area in the backyard. Nicely furnished and decorated 1 bedroom with closet, 1 bath, large living area, and NO kitchen. It has 65'' TV, microwave, fridge, boiler, silverware, dishes, cups, iron, and clean sheets and towels. There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.
