The base price is a flat rate for up to 8 people (children of all ages are considered adults). In summer, it is ideal for hiking and biking. In the center of 3 ski areas (see detail below), all accessible by bus, and right next to the cross-country ski trail, the winter hiking trail and the village ski lift Grunholz. Ski/bicycle rental and bus stop 100 m away. No pets allowed

Our new and very sunny apartment offers a fantastic view of the many mountains and the wonderful hiking trails. From here you can enjoy the Bizau barefoot path within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Our place is newly furnished with a lot of love, ideal for families. The apartment can also be booked for 2 people or more. A free shuttle bus runs to the Mellau-Damüls ski resort (9 km) every hour. You will appreciate this place very much because it is an oasis of peace.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our house is only for people who are really looking for relaxation and to switch off from everyday life! It is surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests. Although it is easily accessible in summer and winter, there is complete peace at night. The only sources of light are the moon and the stars. We have deliberately decided against Wi-Fi and TV. Nevertheless, there is cell phone reception and for togetherness there are cards, dice and board games.
