It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. This tiny space (330 sq ft) is situated just 15 minutes from the Rockbridge, Ohio Hocking Hills Market, 45 minutes from the Ohio University Athens Campus, 33 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio and just 2 minutes from 33. Our centrally located tiny space is perfect for a romantic get away to the Hocking Hills. The king size bed provides ample space for lovers and the couch is comfortable for 1. The 24 by 8 foot second floor balcony deck provides a great open air space.

Mill House A

Mill House A is another great unit in our beautiful home. The smallest apartment in Mill House offers plenty of privacy and close proximity to campus. Relax in the comfy living room, or on the big deck overlooking our old mill on the Hocking River. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or left alone.

Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens. Great place for a couple, visiting professionals, or just a solo getaway to this beautiful town.
