Large bathroom. Newly painted and carpeted, tile kitchen , bathroom. The house is located 5 minutes away from Athens and OHIO UNIVERSITY. It is 10 minutes from HOCKING COLLEGE and Rocky Boots in Nelsonville .Hunters are welcome. Ideal for Ohio University parents! Come and enjoy your stay!!

This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Many updates have occurred since original listing, paired w lots of little changes, as a result of positive feedback. Please bare with me as it's a continual art in progress. Various condiments, coffee, cream, etc to be shared. Thanks for looking.

For the sanctity of this unique space, No Smoking, No Meat, No Fish, No Eggs, No Alcohol, No Party in the house. We are sorry we cannot allow pets inside. Shoes need to be left in the foyer. We offer a smart TV with wifi for entertainment. The cabin is heated and cooled with mini split units, one down stairs and one in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has access to private porch decks. We are pet friendly. WE ARE NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. I promise you will see a stinkbug, lady bug or wood beetle.

Wonderful place out in the country. Great kitchen with a keurig coffee pot and full size fridge and freezer. The internet worked smoothly the whole time, even when we streamed the tv. Lots of great restaurants in town 20 minutes away. All in all a perfect little getaway, will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing long weekend. The cabin was spotless and very welcoming and comfortable. Sarah responded almost immediately when we had questions. She was also good about informing us of things that might affect our stay. Her husband came immediately when we had a question about the hot tub. We could not have asked for better hosts! We have already booked the cabin again for this fall.

Dove Cottage Forest Retreat

My brothers and I were in the area over Memorial weekend on our motorcycles to ride The Windy Nine motorcycle roads. This location was perfect, just outside of Athens but not too far. Quaint little cabin in the woods the also offered cover for our bikes to keep them from collecting morning dew. This small cottage offered everything we needed but bot too fancy. The only caution is finding the driveway on the initial arrival can be a bit tricky especially on motorcycles as the winding road that leads to the cottage is not too U-turn friendly for motorcycles. Overall, awesome place and we will be back!

James and the other hosts at the Little Fish house were incredible! The house was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. It had plenty of space and bathrooms and it was located on the property of the adorable Little Fish Brewing Co. We went to the brewery for dinner Saturday night and had some really delicious pizza and drinks. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again for making it a memorable weekend 💕

We had a great time at our stay at Kristen’s apartment. It is right off campus so we could walk to mostly everything during our trip. Apartment was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a great stay. Lastly, Kristen was very responsive and easy to work with, for any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Athens! The outdoor accommodations, kitchen and rooms were fantastic! Our dogs loved the entire place! Our motorcycle adventures were great! We had a couple of rain days and took advantage of the local winery and brewery. Everyone was so friendly! We’ll be back

This was the most perfect place to get away & relax. The outside area was our favorite part. we sat on the swing, ate dinner outside (when it wasn’t raining), sat in the hot tub & enjoyed some drinks Everything was described exactly how it was. Very clean and tidy. we can’t wait to come back!
