Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Athens

Great location right across from Wire Park. Can also walk to town with sidewalks the whole way. Great house for dogs with large fenced in backyard and Cynthia is very responsive and helpful

House was clean and great location. Check in and out was easy. House is walkable to UGA campus and restaurants. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Kelsey’s apartment is a lovely property. It is clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, the beds were comfy, and Kelsey was flexible with our checking and out times. The location was excellent for our needs; close to campus!

Marie’s place was very clean, very updated and comfortable with all the amenities as described. She even had cute little extras, like shampoo, soap, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning products, not to mention Keurig and coffee and tea.

Ben's house is great and had everything we needed for our one night stay in Monroe. We would have gladly stayed another day if our schedule had allowed it. He was also flexible in letting us check in a little early to try and put our friends infant down for a nap.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here at Atticus’s property. From the clear directions, to the detailed instructions on how to unlock the door, to the meticulously clean interior, the VERY comfortable bed and even the unexpected snacks and beverages left for us on the kitchen counter and table. The home was stocked with PLENTY of bath towels, extra blankets, and bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and all cabinets and drawers were detail labeled to make finding something you need super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a “safe feel” and we were less than 5 minutes from the 10 Loop, and 10 minutes from campus, while Epps Bridge restaurants and retail shops were less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to not let the idea of a “basement apartment” be a concern… it was an exceptional stay and nothing about it felt like a “basement”. 110% chance we will stay here again when we come to visit Athens! Go Dawgs!

Joseph hosted us for 5 days, his home was amazing, quiet, quaint, clean, relaxing place! We got there and walked into a beautiful CLEAN house!!! The home had all the amenities you need for your stay. All the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee mugs, wine glasses, and the list continues…We cooked and made use of the farm to table aspect of the surrounding area. Next to Jospehs house is a farm with animals. The owner of the farm(Jospehs neighbors) were soo nice! We walked to their house and were able to see the animals. It was such a cool experience to really stay in a country style place. The area is driving distance from everything. Quiet and relaxing vacation time! I WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Jessica was a lovely host and provided a beautiful place! She has truly raised my standards for an AirBnB. She was incredibly kind, provided wonderful amenities and such a cozy, homey environment, and was always quick to respond and provide helpful information! Can’t recommend this spot enough, was great for my partner and I when traveling far from home for a wedding.

Great location in Athens! Close to everything. The apartment complex is extremely nice, private, and well groomed. Kendra was very responsive to any questions!

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

This was such a fun place to stay. Having a resort pool and hot tub all to ourselves was a special treat. We also enjoyed the billiards room after our swim. The pool house was spotless. The Tuckers have supplied the house with every possible need- from complimentary coffee and tea to a stack of beach towels by the pool. The beds were super comfortable, with quality pillows and linens. I never sleep well away from home and this place was so relaxing. I’m sure the nightly swim helped. Thank you Tuckers for being such great hosts.

Place was exactly as described and very comfy. Good location in Athens and close to everything. Dean was very responsive and accepted an extension to my booking within minutes of the request. Thanks Dean would love to stay here again.
