For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

We continue to make improvements with a new tub/ tile in the hall bath, fresh paint/crown molding in bedrooms AND new appliances. Best of all, we now have hardwood floors throughout. Plus, there is a new 65" TV in the "Dawg Cave" downstairs den.

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall.
