This home was completely renovated and updated in 2023 with careful consideration of its original history that dates back to the 1940s. 2 bedrooms totaling 1 King and 2 Queen beds, plus an amazing kitchen, front porch, and onsite parking. Sidewalk the entire walk to downtown which is only a half mile away.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Our guesthouse was completely renovated in June 2020, complete with king sized bed, quartzite countertops and full-size sleeper sofa. LOCATION!! - it is an easy one block walk to all the wonderful restaurants, bakery, coffee shop, pubs and shopping in Five Points. Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
