Sitting on a country road in the heart of Smithonia, you're minutes from Watson Mill State Park, 2 of Georgia's historic covered bridges, Smithonia Farm & Events, and only 25 min from downtown Athens or UGA stadium. We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!
