Condo vacation rentals in Athens

Finding a decent hotel room at an affordable price in Athens is always difficult. This two bedroom unit was better than a typical hotel room and the building operates like a hotel with a manned front desk, key cards, a gym, and free coffee in the lobby. Good location downtown, clean, and easy check-in and checkout. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. We would stay here again.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

A perfect location for downtown Athens. So many walkable bars and restaurants. The covered garage is a real bonus for the area where parking can be expensive. Good clear comms with the host. The reception staff were fantastic and really helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location. Check in and check out were simple. Also great having an assigned parking spot. Not a big space but fine for two people.

Fantastic spot for my daughter’s sorority mothers’ weekend. Excellent location to all downtown and campus activities and the parking situation was a huge bonus. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay there again for future visits if it is available. Plus you can’t beat the school spirit in the building or the unit! We absolutely love staying in downtown Athens. This Condo ! is walking distance to everything. It’s right across the street from the university and it’s on a busy block with wonderful restaurants, bars, and stores also the place was fabulous inside with all the little extras that make it so nice: coffee, lots of nice shampoo And soap, as well as big fluffy towels. I completely recommend it.

This condo is perfectly located for a UGA visit or game day weekend. Great location in a quiet complex. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, with a nice layout. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Great stay in Downtown Athens! Easy walk to everywhere!

This listing was great for our visit to Athens—everything was just as pictured and immaculately clean, with a kitchen equipped with all the basics needed for light cooking. Note: there is no parking available with this unit, which we were aware of; however the parking garages nearby recently raised their rates from $1.00 an hour to $2.00 an hour, which did increase our costs.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo near Athens and UGA! The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, but in a quiet, safe area that made it easy to relax after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

We traveled for our son’s graduation from the University of Georgia, which was a mile away. So the location was perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend staying here!!!

This was a great place to stay for our daughters graduation from UGA. Completely updated and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Athens or the campus.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!
