Second year staying at this beautiful little home. Perfect for all our needs and always a lovely warm welcome. Peaceful and lovely surroundings and the chicken and goats always a child pleaser.

A lovely little house in a quiet area, great nights sleep as no street noise and really comfortable beds. Free parking in the street outside. Clean and comfortable place to stay. We only used the two bedrooms, the sofa bed in front room would have been a tight squeeze, but not a problem. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Ashford. The house is absolutely beautifully done and had everything we needed for a comfortable two day break away from London. We were not far from the places we wanted to visit. The children loved the bedrooms and the beds are so comfortable aswell . I actually loved there only being one TV in the lounge, this meant the kids joined us downstairs and we played games in the evenings together. Also the no eating / drinking upstairs rule was great, we enjoyed meals together at the table and good way of there being less mess to tidy up! Sabina was an incredible host and made our stay a truly lovely one to remember. We would love to come back to Ashford again one day , Sabina made the place feel like home from home 🥰🥰

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

This was a great place to stay, with Marie kindly supplying all the key essentials and some nice touches (milk and drinks) which were appreciated. There was excellent communication with the hosts who checked we had everything we needed but were not intrusive in any way. The accommodation was great: the bed was large and comfortable with an array of pillow and cushions. The kitchen was well equipped with a wide range of appliances to suit people’s needs and there was ample parking on the front. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

I had a great stay at Kelly's house and in fact extended by an extra two days!! Very comfortable house and very warm which was handy as the weather was very cold!! All the furniture was comfortable especially the bed and I slept really well I would definitely stay here again when I am next in the area!!

We stayed with our 8 month old baby for a week and it was ideal- didn’t hear the church bells as I was worried about that waking him in the night but it’s the perfect peaceful retreat.

Good location, near to Waitrose and ashford town. Good size house and parking a bonus.

I was so impressed with this apartment, it was spotless, well located, fantastic sea view! It’s a short walk from the station, on the sea front. The kitchen is well equipped and there was ice in the freezer! Highly recommend.

The Annex is spacious, airy and comfortable. It's close to a bus stop but a walkable distance from the city centre. Dawn is a very responsive, considerate host. I very much enjoyed my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Shed. Tina and Jeremy were lovely, very welcoming and friendly. The Shed is exactly as described with everything you need and set in a beautiful garden surrounded by fields. We loved the peacefulness and the bird song. We were delighted to visit The Prospect Cottage with the garden in full bloom only a short drive away, as well as Great Dixter Garden, Sissinghurst Castle Garden and Scotney Castle. We discovered a part of Kent that we had never been to before. Thank you Tina and Jeremy.

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

This is a great place to stay for a short break or a working visit to Margate. Everything I needed for my stay in a nice location close to the seafront.Will definitely be back.

The studio is perfect for a short stay in Whitstable. It’s ideally located, literally across the road from the harbour and a couple minutes from the main shopping area, full of lovely little independent shops, restaurants and cafes. The studio has a lovely seaside, cottage vibe to it, which felt very cosy and relaxed. The main room and bathroom were both clean and very well maintained. My only slight niggle would be that the 10am checkout is a bit early, most check outs I’ve experienced are 11am but that may just be me being lazy :-) All in all I had a lovely time and I would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other people.

The epitome of peace and tranquillity, beautiful area. The living space - spacious, excellently presented, very well maintained, spotlessly clean, easy / private parking - very well equipped. A most comfortable and relaxing space for two people. Many walks literally from the front door - from a gentle amble or a little more demanding. Only a handful of minutes from the A2 (the relative proximity does not intrude nor in anyway spoil the peace and tranquillity) makes the rural treat a super base to strike out from to explore Kent. Anita and Peter - not forgetting 'Tinker' of course - the absolute perfect hosts; warm and welcoming. Most accommodating too, due to significant delays on the roads Anita was there to 'meet & greet' and show us round etc. Comprehensive guide on all necessary matters plus where to dine, have a drink, shop etc etc. as well as interesting info re. history of Mill. The essentials pack was most welcome too. The retreat certainly delivers on 'value for your money'.

Wonderful from start to finish. Clear instructions to enter the property and felt right at home straight away. The photos do not do this property justice at all - it is a large property which is beautiful decorated. Cosy and warm and comfortable with superb views. Wonderful location with some great pubs and bars and entertainment nearby. The property doesn’t have parking but I would recommend Sandgate Road or West Cliff Parking. Will definitely visit again - lovely break away!
