A brand new beautifully decorated loft apartment at the top of a house. Peaceful, Stylish and unique. 5- 10 minutes away from everything, beach, old town, restaurants and bars. Set on a quiet rd in Cliftonville. Contains everything you could possibly need. My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. It was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.

Right in the heart of the best part of Hackney, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries and all that London has to offer. The bedroom is a 3 minute walk to Columbia Road, 5 minute walk to Broadway Markey, 15 minute walk into Shoreditch or a 10 minute bus ride to Liverpool Street Station.
