Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Tucked away in mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor estate, it’s spacious, private and full of character. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool in summer, optional hot tub, rustic outdoor shower, BBQ, garden games, exploring the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, beaches, Canterbury, Folkestone, Ashford Designer Outlet, farm shops & plenty more - or simply just chill and enjoy the cottage!

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Kingsdown is a pretty village with its beach framed by the magnificent white cliffs of Dover; offering wonderful clifftop walks. There is also a promenade taking you along the seafront directly into Deal.

Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.

A 2-person secluded Shepherds Hut nestled in trees situated in a wildflower meadow farmed for Wildlife. Staying toasty in the Spring with wool insulation and log burner and cool in the summer under the canopy this hut is the perfect retreat to the countryside and to reconnect with nature. With your own private garden, wake up in nature and in the evenings enjoy the magical sound of the Nightingales in the evening which takes place only in Spring.
