The accommodation is very clean, charming and located in a quiet environment. The bedding is of high quality, access is easy and we were greeted with great kindness by Alicia, always available and responsive in our exchanges. There's always a place to park right in front, which is very convenient. The location is ideal for exploring the North Coast. Shops and restaurants are reached by foot in 5 minutes. We'll be happy to go back:)

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thanks for having us!

Stop scrolling and just book. The view will captivate you! We were lucky to meet Mario and Adriana during our stay and hear the story of their home. From the landscaping, the pool, fully stocked kitchen, to the comfy linen and beds you won’t want to leave and will feel at home! The location is unbeatable so close to town and beaches!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and he waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the time we got there until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

We felt at home in Angelo's place! It is beautiful and very quiet, perfect if you want to have your peace. Everything is easy to reach by car from there. Upon arrival, there were even recommendations on which beaches in the area are worth a trip. The amenities of the small cottage were also great - from the cooler bag and cooling batteries to small deck chairs and a parasol for the beach, everything was included. We would always come back to the small, charming accommodation.

One of the top homes we have stayed with AirBnB. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pieceful and relaxing trip to this region - beautiful home, fantastic swimming pool, and 15-20 minutes drive to great beaches.

My husband and I stayed for five nights. There were so many great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Very easy to access everything. A lovely walk to either Marina in Porto Cervo. The home has incredible views, is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Impossible to capture how pretty it is in pictures. Laura is available to answer questions and responds immediately to texts. We used as many of her suggestions for beaches, shopping and restaurants as we had time to fit in. We would love to come back and continue exploring her suggestions. I cannot think of anything that could be improved! Thank you!

We stayed at Tito’s place for one week. The perfect getaway in this part of Sardinia. All the beaches are 15-20 min drive.. the place is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of green and flowers. The house itself is perfect with a nice living room with two couches. We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Manuela left us some delicious, typical Italian cookies as a welcome. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Even here, Manuela has provided everything: beach chairs, parasols, beach mats, beach towels. Whatever you need, it's all there. The area is truly beautiful, as is the view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay with Manuela and will definitely come back.

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

House by the sea in a quiet area of La Maddalena. We were very pleased to visit the coves of the archipelago from there. The house is open-plan but has all the amenities we needed and it was easy to find free parking nearby. Agnese was very nice and immediately solved anything that came up, she even lent us an umbrella to take to the beaches.

Beautiful accommodation, welcoming, great location, splendid view of the port. I recommend it. The only downside: the sofa bed is not very comfortable for two people.

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.
