We were there in April 24. The weather was rather windy & cold, as the heater did not work, we quickly got a mobile heater. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not ready& also the remaining optional activities (sauna/fitness) were not possible or were not shown at all. The outdoor area is also not ready yet, we still used the ping pong table. To the apt. you can walk via the neighboring balconies. Otherwise, the stay was great, large rooms and comfortable bed. Washing was possible for free at any time. The kitchen utensils such as the coffee machine were already a bit worn, so we didn't use them. Otherwise, everything is available in the kitchen, bathroom clean and spacious. Daniela was always easily accessible and very straightforward. Within walking distance are the sea, supermarket and all restaurants including delicious gelatos. The PP in front of the door was currently free. The access via a staircase (with stroller a bit cumbersome). We would come back. THX

Very nice accommodation in a private and quiet residence. Not far from the city and shops. In addition, the beach is in walking distance. It is possible to park the car in the residence's secure parking lot. The host is very responsive to small problems. If I come back to the area, I will come back without hesitation!

Overall we were really happy with the apartment and with the contact. Everybody was really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing time at Carla’s apartment in Porto Rotondo. The place is much more beautiful and bright than it looks in the pictures and the terraces are perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Wi-fi works perfectly which is super important when you work from home so that was something that we really appreciated. Carla was always super responsive and friendly when communicating and she made our stay feel very special. The apartment is walking distance from everything in Porto Rotondo which makes it even more valuable. Thank you Carla, we hope to be back soon!!

Magnificent place, beautiful view of the sea and Sardinian vegetation. You can breathe a wild one, despite being close to the small center equipped with all the services. The house is very nice and has all the comforts. Max is helpful and friendly, very welcoming. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Super available from before check-in, giving us all the directions, they made themselves available for anything from the beginning to the end of our stay!

We had a great time. Excellent organization, clean apartment, complete with everything you need to feel at home. When they put the washing machine in, it will be great. Air conditioning is not served for double exposure. The area where you can throw away waste is convenient, which in Sardinia is often not easy. We recommend it to young people and families like ours of 4.

Wonderful accommodation, gorgeous views, amazing hosts. The room is elegant and comfortable. The view is to die for. Gym, pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax. Barbara and Giovanni went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Do yourself a favor and book this gem for your stay in Costa Smeralda.

Really beautiful location and the house is much larger than In the description. The veranda is really great to sit together - very leather with comfortable chairs and a nice breeze which is really great after a hot day on the sun. Hosts very helpful and friendly with our children - set the BBQ up for us when requested and helped with things we don’t understand. The only thing hat could have been better was being nearer to a store to get groceries but still only ten minutes away or so by cat.

Warm welcome, Claudio's dad took care of showing us the house and was very responsive as soon as we had a question. The accommodation is very spacious and located in a very quiet and very nice area. Too bad Luras is a little far from the coast (50 minutes by road) I would recommend this listing.

Manuel and Luana are great hosts. They were super kind with us, and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The place is super cozy and as shown in the pictures. The sunset around there is really special.

We had a great time on the property and in Diane's house. We were there with 2 families (4 adults, 5 children (1-6 years) and they loved playing everywhere and the pool is perfect for children of this age as the 6 year olds could stand anywhere. So it was deep enough to bathe, not too deep, so they could play well there. There were plenty of toys on site and overall the house is well equipped. We missed sharp kitchen knives, but that's just a small thing. Next time we would probably buy 1-2 right at the beginning:) The hosts were really great! We responded very quickly and kindly to inquiries and overall everything went very smoothly. We'd love to come back!
