Fantastic stay. beautiful view and lovely town with great beaches nearby. loved seeing the wild boars!! hot tub was fantastic also.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm host. Even if she doesn't speak English, you can communicate well with her. At check-in, her friend Laura welcomed us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. A supermarket is not far away. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Mari and her mom are super hosts! They were so friendly and provided us with lots of local recommendations from tours to restaurants. The apartment is really cozy and has a great location. I hope to be back one day! :)

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, at sunset on the shady terrace dinner was a pleasure. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German also worked. We highly recommend the place.

Apartment is great, good starting point for activities, quiet location with great terrace, great view. We felt super comfortable and would love to come back.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Pietro is a friendly and welcoming host, perfectly speaking French. He was always available and considerate. He even helped us after we left following the cancellation of our ferry to Corsica The Green Park is a little difficult to access, at the end of a dirt road, but once there, what happiness! The view of the Sardinian countryside is beautiful, with the sea and the island of Maddalena in the background, all in absolute calm. The accommodation is clean and functional, and the pool is exceptional! We'll be happy to go back, thank you Pietro Cyrille and Christine

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Very welcoming, very clean, very comfortable & very pretty place!

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.
