We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Die Unterkunft von Bea können wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen - Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Haute Ville von Bonifacio mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer. Auf der schönen Terrasse lässt es sich gut frühstücken oder einen Apéritiv geniessen, während man die Boote beobachten kann. Die Wohnung bleibt trotz der Hitze draussen kühl, entspricht genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Bea und der Check-in haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Herzlichen Dank für alles, liebe Bea!

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo appartamento ad Arzachena e non posso che esprimere la mia più alta soddisfazione. L'appartamento è molto comodo e arredato con gusto, offrendo un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è ideale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni locali e alle splendide spiagge della Costa Smeralda. Ma ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero speciale è stata la cordialità dell'host. Sin dal primo contatto, si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e a fornirci utili consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti da provare. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e la volontà di farci sentire a casa sono state davvero ineguagliabili. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza in Sardegna, all'insegna del comfort e dell'ospitalità. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber sobald man dort ist hat man eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Stimmung sowie eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts. Antonella war sehr flexibel und hat uns bei Fragen sehr schnell weitergeholfen.

Francesco è stato assolutamente preciso nella descrizione dell'appartamento e nel modo per raggiungerlo. Tutto corrispondeva e perciò ci siamo trovati bene e a nostro agio. Poltu Quatu è una base perfetta per raggiungere in pochi kilometri tutta la Costa Smeralda .Lo consigliamo vivamente .

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Cristianos Unterkunft. Alles lief reibungslos. Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Nos gustó mucho el departamento, la cama es muy cómoda y el departamento impecable, la vista es impresionante y realmente vale la pena. Tiene todas las comodidades q necesitas, incluyendo quitasol para ir q la playa algo que nos salvó 🫶🏻 los datos que nos dieron muy buenos, no había muchas escaleras lo q se agradece en Italia después de tanto andar con maleta y estacionamiento al lado de la entrada muy seguro. Queda cerca del puerto lo que es perfecto para los tours, cerca del centro y a 4 min del supermercado en auto. Realmente tuvimos una estadía muy linda y agradable. Volvería de todas formas.

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

la maison de Laura est située dans une très belle région d où on peut atteindre le.nord l.ouest et l.est...Laura est une hôtesse exceptionnelle comme on n en rencontre peu...attentionnée bienveillante accueillante...la partie de la maison que nous avons louée pour une semaine était parfaite. Quand nous sommes arrivés le.frigidaire était plein aussi du Bon vin que produit Laura...chez Laura vous découvrez une sardaigne sauvage magnifique authentique tout en étant à 30 minutes de très belles plages je recommande vivement cette expérience unique merci Laura pour ta gentillesse ton charme et ta culture à presto à roma j espere evelyne et claude

Wij zijn drie nachten in het appartement van Sonia gebleven en dit was eigenlijk veel te kort! Een groot, schoon en compleet appartement op loopafstand van zee en overal is aan gedacht. Een complete keuken, twee grote balkons en zelfs speelgoed voor ons zoontje. Geen minpunten te bedenken!

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Stefan s'est montré toujours réactif. Très belle vue mer depuis la terrasse. Ayant séjourné hors période estivale, je ne peux donner un avis sur la résidence de vacances

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!

Det har været pragtfuldt sted. Der er tænkt på alt, for at gøre opholdet rart og dejligt. Det er de små ting der tæller.

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone
