For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoor space. Newly renovated fresh guest house 15 minutes from Charlottenberg with unique views of private pond with room for 2! 2 km to the nearest swimming area with jetty! Shower, toilet and a bunk bed. Welcome to live in your own little cottage with a small place to sit outside in a secluded spot in our garden. (We sometimes walk past as the bicycle storage is next door.) The cottage is located on a quiet leafy street with a five minute walk to the center and train station. The cottage is cozy and well equipped but older as are the appliances and the water heater is a smaller model which is why we keep the price low. There is a sofa bed for two and a bedarmchair.
