Swimming, campfire, cross-country skiing, fishing, berry and mushroom picking and walks on beautiful gravel roads – only two hours from Oslo. From Varildgården there are great day trips to Charlottenberg, swimming or skiing in Torsby, Badeland and Selma Lagerlöf's spa in Sunne or a trip to Rotneros park. Hiking, cross-country skiing and swimming locally.

Summer idyll

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation close to nature in a private location 10 minutes drive from Arvika. The house of 125 sqm is divided into 5 rooms and a kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet Living room, TV room and three bedrooms (two with double beds), Kitchen with spacious dining area. Furnished veranda under a roof with lovely afternoon and evening sun and access to a barbecue. Grass areas for outdoor activities and direct proximity to forest and hiking areas. 2-3 extra beds in the guest house

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that accommodates a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, wood stove, refrigerator, dining area, wood stove and a sofa. The guest house, which is directly adjacent, has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There is a composting toilet indoors but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linens and towels are provided. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

Lakeside 19th-century farm with undisturbed location

Welcome to this recreational paradise, 100 meters to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with barn, shed, storage, farmyard and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming dock, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children, there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Rural location near Arvika

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Here you can row with a rowing boat, fishing and swimming at your own swimming area. Enjoy the sun on the patio and go hiking in the forest. There is also a public swimming area, also in Kolsjön, which is located on the same lake as the private swimming area. Access to games such as kubb, croquet, and badminton, as well as the option to borrow 2 kayaks, including life jackets and covers. If you want to go skiing, it takes about 30 minutes to Valfjället.

The cottage consists of kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, sofas and dining table. Two bedrooms, one with bunk bed and one with two single beds. Toilet with shower. Patio with furniture under roof and overlooking Lake Rottnen. No view from neighbors. Swimming 3.5 km south in Södra Viken or north in Gräsmark. A nice Vattenland water park in Sunne, 9 km.

The cabin is located 10 minutes from downtown Torsby, where you can find everything you need in terms of food and activities. Some nearby attractions are: • Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobiles. • Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. •Mormors Ice Cream Café with incredibly delicious ice cream! • Fish in Lake Fryken or other nearby lakes. • Beautiful Swedish nature all around, hiking, Tossebergsklätten.

Fjäll

Charming and cozy house in the countryside, where you can stay all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle mushroom picking spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that stretches around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you have found the right place.
