Jenny’s studio was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend a couple of nights. Very cozy, would recommend!

No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Boulder. It was so comfortable, quiet, and so easy to feel comfortable in. Greg had great recommendations of the area too. Can't recommend it high enough!

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

A perfect place to stay. Bill and Linda have a beautiful place near Sprouts, Tennyson St and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. They were proactive in communicating in order to try to make our visit the best possible.

Our flight got delayed and Drew and Chelsea were very accommodating with check in. They were very attentive, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Portia was kind and responsive. The room was spacious and clean, with the perfect amount of amenities. There isn’t a private entrance, but the entry instructions were clear. The location was perfect!! Within walking distance to great spots on Tennyson, and Portia provided great recommendations. Definitely recommend exploring this area and staying with Portia.

Lacy and her family were gracious in hosting me and my mom while we attended the celebration of life of a dear family friend. We were very thankful to have a nearby place to sleep and shower.

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

Due to flight delays we didn’t arrive to Nancy’s place till 10:30pm. Nancy was happy to meet us and provide us with the key and garage remote and recommend things that we might want to do. She was always quick to respond to any communication we had. We would stay again if/when we return to Denver. Her place was clean and comfortable.

The She Shed was the perfect billet for my very short stay in Denver both convenient and comfortable. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

My sister and I loved our stay at the boho bungalow! We had several questions and needed lots of recommendations which Ollie and Mackenzie offered advice and locations even before our stay began. The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us and had great options for all meals and fun shopping just short drives away. The Red Rocks Amphitheater was so easy to find in relation to the bungalow. All in all, we would both stay here again! They were perfect hosts!

This place has great views and everything you could need. Hosts are very friendly. We loved our stay!

Christine was an awesome host! Very kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about the little details. My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a clean home-like space with a great host.

Rafer was a super great host! We loved the place and it was clean and simple. It was just enough space for everything and we liked having a kitchen to cook breakfast. The TV was a nice plus as well. He was very responsive when our smoke alarm went off due to low battery. We had no issues with anything and loved it all. Really appreciate the stay and recommend it to anyone visiting. If we had to suggest anything it would be to replace some of the kitchen cooking utensils and possibly getting some black pepper for condiments but these are extremely knit picky things. We both LOVED the place.

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to Red Rocks and downtown Golden. The bed was very comfortable! There was a hiccup at the start with the cleaning team, but Lori addressed it straight away and made things right on a proactive basis. It's not a huge space, but it was enough for the two of us and well-organized, tidy, smart, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Seems like new furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. It is located in the basement of the main home, and there is a little one and a dog, so you can occasionally hear family life, but that was no issue for us. Lori offered advice for places to go and enjoyed the tips. Thank you to Lori and the team, would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown and other local attractions. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which was a big plus. An unexpected snowfall on the first day was a lovely surprise, but even with the snow, it was still easy to find the home. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Janeth and Garth were great hosts for us as we prepared to get married. They were very responsive, answering questions we had in just a couple minutes and even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our big day.

Both hosts were helpful anytime we needed anything. They were respectful & kind. The space itself was very cozy & well kept, with many amenities provided!

Walkable amenities, complete unit. The complementary Keurig pods were nice since I forgot mine.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment felt like a home away from home with luxury. The shower was my favorite part. The location is far enough away from the action to be quiet but close enough to be accessible to everything by foot and scooter. We will be back!
