Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

Joseph's place was very nice. It was pretty spacious, clean, and was cool while it was hot outside. I think my only criticism was a couple of loud bangs over the bedroom early in the morning, but it wasn't a pattern and is not unusual for a basement unit. They are very friendly and responsive in messages. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and easy to find. The hot tub was a real treat—clean and perfectly maintained. Instructions for check-in and amenities were clear and simple to follow, which made the experience seamless. The garden is absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful vibe to the whole stay. A perfect place to stay. Bill and Linda have a beautiful place near Sprouts, Tennyson St and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. They were proactive in communicating in order to try to make our visit the best possible.

The private suite is great - in a quiet neighborhood and the suite is private with its own entrance. We were doing some day trips and the location worked out well for our trips to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Golden and Boulder. Comfortable bed, everything you need for the kitchen, and a luxurious shower/bathroom.

Rachel and Noah were great hosts! They gave clear instructions, were very responsive, and had great recommendations. The listing is bigger than expected and the yard space was perfect! I would recommend this listing and save it for future visits if needed. Great Job!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Golden Hot tub Getaway. The residence was very clean. I appreciated the snacks and drinks that were provided. The bedding and towels were soft. The location is perfect for hiking, shopping and eating at restuarants. I would love to return again next year for another Red Rocks concert. Thanks Richard for sharing your home with me.

The She Shed was the perfect billet for my very short stay in Denver both convenient and comfortable. The hot tub was the icing on the cake.

My sister and I loved our stay at the boho bungalow! We had several questions and needed lots of recommendations which Ollie and Mackenzie offered advice and locations even before our stay began. The bungalow was perfect for the 2 of us and had great options for all meals and fun shopping just short drives away. The Red Rocks Amphitheater was so easy to find in relation to the bungalow. All in all, we would both stay here again! They were perfect hosts!

Ryan and Lindsay were very responsive from my initial inquiry to answering any questions throughout our stay. The space was clean and quiet. We did not hear noise from the living area above us. We generally are very low key and like to just putt around and keep to ourselves for the most part. They respected that and made sure we had what we needed at the same time. We appreciate the time we had away to just relax and be in a peaceful quiet place. Thank you!!

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

Great stay! Easy check in and out. Great space, showers, and bed/bedding. We made French press coffee two mornings and it was fantastic. Great location to great spots in Old Town Arveda. Recommend.

My wife and I and our 2-year old daughter stayed at Susan's place during our visit to see family in Colorado for Thanksgiving. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed, as well as some other above-and-beyond amenities (such as food, drinks, kids' toys, and even a private hot tub!). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next time we're in town. Thank you so much, Susan!

Patricia’s rental suite was perfectly located for us, just blocks from our daughter’s. It was comfortable and clean. The quiet streets provided great morning and evening walks. We only had occasion once to contact the owner when the outlet “tripped” in the kitchenette. She called back right away with instructions for resetting. As a basement apartment, the amount of natural lighting was limited, but we didn’t spend a lot of daytime there, so this was fine. The entry stairs are steep, so anyone with mobility issues might find that challenging. That said, my husband uses a cane, but was able to navigate the stairs

Walkable amenities, complete unit. The complementary Keurig pods were nice since I forgot mine.

Both hosts were helpful anytime we needed anything. They were respectful & kind. The space itself was very cozy & well kept, with many amenities provided!

Travelled w our dog, enclosed backyard space was amazing! We went to a show at Red Rocks, when we returned I felt safe to let dog out in the back & not worry about the surroundings. Place was comfy, except control of the room temp is not available. Since we got back late, didn’t want to disturb Paula so we just closed the vents. Overall, great place to stay w fur babies, excellent proximity to Red Rocks, Golden & trails.

We had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place in Denver. The location is great for access to hiking and biking trails in the foothills, including at Red Rocks. The space was ideal for our family group with 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths and a well equipped kitchen. Elizabeth communicated promptly and clearly throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip and offer Elizabeth our highest recommendation.

Highly recommend! Location was great - 15 min to Downtown Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks. The house was clean and spacious with anything you could need.
