During our stay there were two maintenance issues: a clogged sink drain and natural gas being turned off. What makes this still a 5-star review is the response and support Atomic provided during our stay. They had a plumber out to fix the drain shortly after we reported the issue and while the gas issue was a city-related problem they still reached out to make it right given that we couldn’t use the fire pit or hot water during our stay. Other than these issues the property itself was great! Beds were all comfortable and clean, kitchen was great, and the backyard space was excellent. Rideshares to the downtown area were quick and inexpensive and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Had a wonderful stay , came out for a graduation and had 5 children ages 1-15 and was able to keep them entertained, both my parents and my husband and I , and was enough room for all of us! Check in and communication was very easy. Will stay again when we come back to visit family in Colorado and highly recommend staying at the Marshall house you won’t be disappointed.

The house was absolutely stunning. My boys and even husband loved the basement and all the games. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. You can tell it was really well maintained and cleaned. The outdoor space was perfect to just sit and enjoy. The park is a very close walk and my husband who is an active runner loved the trails. Will definitely be back

We stayed at the 2 bedroom house that was located by a beautiful park. The owner has a beautiful patio area that included table & chairs and a large umbrella that covered a sitting area. One evening we had a BBQ in this area and used the gas grill, was a wonderful night with family. I plan on recommending this house to friends and family. The owner made us feel like home. We have rented many homes and this one has been one of the best.

The place was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. We wanted to ask about blankets for the pack n play but there was no way to communicate with a person through the app from what I could tell. A phone number was provided so I could have reached someone if I was willing to communicate outside of the app. Nice, quiet neighborhood and we overall enjoyed our stay!

Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

Super nice complex with very clear, detailed instructions on how to get in. The unit was very spacious and was equipped with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the complex has coffee machines on each floor. Extremely walkable location and right next to a great park.
