It has a comfortable queen-sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks.
