We highly recommend this apartment if you're visiting Denver!

We wish we could have stayed longer! the apt was great, the building with all its amenities was beyond expectations! we were just in town for a show at Red rocks, which was surprisingly easy enough to get to from this downtown location. wished we could have enjoyed all the property had to offer! such a cool building & everyone we conversed with was very pleasant. the apt had very cool, thoughtful touches from LED lighting to a great full length mirror to check your fit before stepping out downtown. I would definitely stay again & again when back in Denver!

Angie and Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect! They were incredibly attentive and accommodating, especially with our last minute stay request. The apartment was unbelievably clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building was safe and secure, and it offered fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and convenient parking. We also loved the location — just steps from restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to explore the best of downtown Denver on foot. We highly recommend their place and will definitely be staying here again!

Lillian has thought of EVERYTHING! She is friendly, super responsive, helpful, and trust me, she has made sure you’ll have everything you need. Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable, and much like staying at a generous friend’s house. The property is centrally located and the Whole Foods, CVS, and train station couldn’t be more convenient. Don’t think twice!

Absolutely loved my stay! It was quaint, great patio, quiet, and the best mattress ever! I slept like a baby! Anne was attentive and helpful! 100% would stay again!

The house was great for a bachelor weekend. Plenty of rooms and even more beds. Lots of spaces to hang out in. The location is also fairly decent, Sloan Lake & the light rail aren't too far away. Amenities were nice, like the built in espresso machine & seltzer dispenser. The house had plenty of character with the many, many labels and framed photos/newsclips. The host was responsive and flexible with their schedule- allowing us to book an additional day compared to what was listed. It was perfect for our event & group, especially for the price. Great value.

we enjoyed our time here. we paid late for earlier check in and didn't really get to check in early due to getting back to us but it all worked out. the lay out of this home is great for groups. there is plenty of room to spread out. we didn't use the outside space but it looked inviting. the pool table is definitely for kids. if you really play you will want to check out the pool hall near by. restaurants are within driving distance. we would definitely stay here again.

This was a great short vacation home. My family all fit we had our own rooms and beds. The kids liked playing pool and corn hole. We didn’t have time for the hot tub. The beds were very clean and comfortable!!

This is one of the coolest spaces in the area! Loved the game room. We used it as an executive retreat house and it saved us 4k on Hotels and Meeting Rooms. Will be back!

This was really fun and gave our family space to spread out during a stressful time. I loved that my kids who are twelve years apart could both find something fun to do at the house. We were in town last minute for a funeral so this was a stressful weekend for our family. So having a fun house for us to retreat to allowed us to have some moments of peace together. Megan was also so sweet and kind when I told her why we were there which was very helpful and her kindness healed my heart a little.
