Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Here you also have walking distance to the cross-country tracks as well as Björnen city center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Riding Club/Riding house where opportunities for horseback riding are available.
