The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

When you need to get back to your roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about property boundaries and may well visit! In Brunkulla II, you live both primitively and comfortably - you fetch water in the basin, you get hot water by heating on the stove - you yourself get warm by carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really warm, you can take a wood-fired sauna with a portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove!
