Enjoy nature, relaxation, abundant wildlife, moose, reindeer, bird life and fishing, hiking, skiing, running, riding a scooter, taking the opportunity to work remotely. Newly renovated mountain cabin 58 sqm and a guest house of 8 sqm outside the entrance.

A cosy mountain cabin in Gräftåvallen

Relax at our homely cottage. It takes 15 minutes to walk to restaurant Fjällgården, local life and lifts. Food trail to the snowmobile trail system is available at the cabin. To the track center you walk in 10 min. The large lift system of the city is reached in 20 minutes by car. There are several nice fishing waters, including: Dammån and Häggsåssjön. To the lake it is 7 km. There is a nice beach and barbecue areas. From Fjällgården it takes 15 minutes to the kalfjället. There you can hike for marked trails and look for reindeer.

Kallsjön is located just outside the living room window, with possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains all around. Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy intimate cottage with several cozy outdoor zones. Kid-friendly and sheltered area, easily accessed from the road. Parking for two cars. Short distance to hiking trails, ski slopes and about 5 km to the ski resort. 3 relatively small bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The cabin has a travel bed for baby and Tripptrapp chair available. Here you can gather family or friends for some nice days.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
