Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

In Brunkulla II you live both primitive and comfortable - water you pick up in the creek, hot water you get by heating on the stove - yourself you get hot from carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really hot, take a wood-fired sauna with portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain massif!

Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house.

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cottage with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, shower and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain stream is in a tap outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvåns mountain station and all the classic mountains to the west.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country biking. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Modern mountain cabin

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. Relax with the whole family in our nice cottage. A few meters to many nice miles of well-groomed cross-country ski tracks and close to Trillevallen lift system, just a few dog trams to the trailer that easily get you to the slope. In the summer there are hiking trails, swimming and kayaking nearby. The cottage is perfect for families with children, three spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, bathroom and sauna. Possibility to charge the electric car, charging is paid separately.

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
