Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arden-Arcade

This place was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Check-in was easy! The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed to make meals. Everyone in our group slept comfortably. Thank you again for hosting us, Mandeep! We highly recommend this host.

The place is solid for a family that is cool staying in a bit of a hairy neighborhood. I was thankful the parking was in the far back because I was in a very expensive conversion van. It was tough to find food after 9pm... ended up finding a roach coach down the street. Place was clean inside, walls are a little scuffed up but whatever. Had a couple beverages in the fridge which is nice touch. Was a bit hot, the portable AC helped a bit... but was a bit hot in the room with fan on. Shower was nice, bathroom has toiletries in case you forget yours which is thoughtful. Deon seems like a nice host, but there's a partner who responded to me a bit snarky when I didn't understand it cost extra to bring your dog. I only saw that dogs were allowed. Told me she could charge me $250 bucks for breaking their rules but decided to just allow me to pay the $65 fee for having a dog. $410 bucks for two nights? ehh might just get a pet friendly hotel next time since I travel solo.

I can honestly say, this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever had the opportunity to stay at! I was initially on the fence about booking and reached out to the very responsive owners. We decided to book and I could not be happier. We rented this lovely home over Memorial Day weekend for a volleyball tournament we had in town. It was about 20 minutes away, but very easy to navigate. There are tons of restaurants and nearby shopping within minutes. The home itself is immaculately, clean and unbelievably comfortable . Right when we walked in, there was a few board games and a little play kitchen and my daughter (who is 6) just loved it!!! The outdoor space of the home is magical. It is so comfortable and truly beautiful. We spent so much time in the backyard as a family and it was really amazing. Definitely underestimated how much I would adore the massage chair here! So refreshing after sitting on bleachers all day! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property!

Perfect place for our family to stay to watch our niece graduate from high school! Home is warm and inviting. The layout was especially beneficial as my in-laws had their own bedroom & bathroom on one side of the house and my kids, husband and I had the other bedrooms and our own bath on the opposite side of the house. House is super clean and has everything we could need. The bonus room was a nice added touch! The pool & spa were enjoyed daily. Lots of memories made! Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area and would absolutely book it again if the opportunity arose in the future.

Had relatives in from out of town and loved putting them up at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect.

We had a great experience at the Cozy home. It was as per the listing. We were pleasantly surprised oh how clean and beautiful the home was . The home had beautiful decor with all amenities. The yard in front and back of the home were well maintained and beautiful. The host Alexis was very responsive and understanding. The neighborhood is quiet. Will definitely look for this home availability if staying in Sacramento.

The stay here was fantastic, the house is very spacious and extremely clean! Alfonso was very quick in responding to questions we had. The location was close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again 😊

We enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to restaurants nearby. Plenty of space inside with a nice kitchen area. Comfy spaces to sit outside as well.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Our stay was very nice the home is great absolutely amazing we definitely enjoyed our stay at Julia place..if we ever get to go back soon and it’s still available for us to stay there we will definitely book her house again..highly recommended you to book this Airbnb if you ho to a family vacation or reunion in Elk Grove Sacramento Cali..thank you so much Julia🫶🏼

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Our stay was fantastic for a weekend getaway. You are 10-15 minutes away from a number of wineries and restaurants, with the benefits of having your own private space to relax and enjoy the countryside. Our host was extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had, and made our stay more than comfortable. Absolutely would recommend the listing to anyone else, and would come back to stay myself.

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

This was our fourth stay at Brendan’s house. It is my our family’s favorite AirBnb to rent. The house, pool house, pool and fishing pond are major highlights for us. The grandkids love swimming in the pool all afternoon and go fishing early in the morning and after dinner. The house, pool house and grounds are very clean and comfortable. Staying there is both fun and relaxing. We will be back for our fifth visit next year!
