Anna’s place was fantastic! Clean, clean, clean in every single room, on every single surface, even the windows were spotless! No clutter, well-appointed rooms, comfy beds, with nice pillows and sheets. Beautiful bathroom and all new appliances in the kitchen. Super quiet, nice, walkable neighborhood. The front of the house has lovely curb appeal with a manicured lawn, and beautiful hydrangea bushes, while the back yard is very relaxing and comfortable with outdoor furniture, a lovely green lawn, and horses just beyond the fence. All in all, Anna’s place is top notch across the board, in every category! One can tell immediately that she takes great pride in her place! Thank you so much for making my stay in Sacramento such a pleasant one Anna!

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

We would definitely stay here again. The studio was very clean, comfortable, the washer/dryer worked great. Rupa communicated with me quickly and was very kind and accommodating of our needs. We highly recommend staying in this lovely little studio.

A recreational space features a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a pool table, all arranged within a well-lit garage area. Two posters hang on the wall, and a cozy armchair is positioned near the side. The floor is covered in dark carpeting.
