We’ve stayed here before and will again. Chelsea is very responsive and the back yard is huge - perfect for a game of Frisbee with our eight-year-old granddaughter!

Perfect for what we needed. Rooms of equal size and everything was clean and updated. Easy check in and check out. No complaints!

Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Ginger and her husband are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is truly enjoyable. The house is so well appointed with everything that you need and more! It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are amazing. There’s plenty of space in the yard to play games and have a great time. Our family truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope one day we might be able to return.

This is one of my favorite rentals I have stayed in. It is cute and charming on a beautiful tree lined street. The care taken with updating the inside and outside of this house and property are really perfect. If we head up this way again we will stay here without question. He helped us check in early which greatly impacted our arrival in a positive way.

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Gloria was an excellent host, she responded quickly to the questions I had. the house was super clean an my wife an sister loved how she has decorated it the only draw back was no kitchen table or TV trays to eat on. we were a little spoiled last year with the middle level having the table an grill right there for BBQing same as last year we loved the dock an having are boat right there in the water.

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Very nicely christmas themed, huge tv which was a big plus and very clean.

My Host is a VERY GOOD Host, she always responds VERY quickly, I would recommend this place, BUT after we leave.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

My family enjoyed their stay at the house. Owner responded fast and provided when things were needed, such as hand soap, dishwasher pods, A/C access. The house was clean and had every appliances we needed except a toaster. House is walking distance to downtown which was nice. Wi-Fi went down briefly a couple of times and there was a power outage on one of the days that lasted from 6pm- 2am due to the weather I'm assuming but I don’t think that happens frequently. Overall great home to stay in.

Our stay was very nice the home is great absolutely amazing we definitely enjoyed our stay at Julia place..if we ever get to go back soon and it’s still available for us to stay there we will definitely book her house again..highly recommended you to book this Airbnb if you ho to a family vacation or reunion in Elk Grove Sacramento Cali..thank you so much Julia🫶🏼

Beautiful place! The house was everything as described by Jimmy and as mentioned in the reviews. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the house much due to being in Sacramento for a funeral. Jimmy was very responsive. He quickly responded to a question I had.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Stacie’s home was lovely and perfect for our Annual Memorial Day Delta visit! Home was well appointed with everything and more than expected! Everything was in good working condition and location was great for Delta water water activities. The boat house on the dock was perfect and again well appointed with extra life vests, paddle boards, refrigerator, fishing poles and supplie and lots of room for dining al fresco! Just perfect. We will definitely be back!
