Monthly Rentals in Annecy

Very well located apartment, close to the train station and all amenities. The accommodation was clean, as described and well-equipped. Sarah was very friendly, responsive and accommodating, with good communication, clear instructions that made check-in easy. Saturday night was a little noisy but nothing spoiled the stay. The apartment is ideal for a weekend in Annecy. Had a great time.

We spent several days with the family at Laura's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of the city and these attractions: Shops, restaurants, bike rental, esplanade, lake, old town... We were able to do everything on foot! The apartment, although in the city center, is very quiet, with a nice living space to relax a little with the family.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

I stayed in this apartment for three months as part of my work. Ideally located, close to the city center and the lake, and close to all amenities. Very easy to access by car. Eliott, my contact, was very responsive following a small electrical failure and always available when needed. I highly recommend it!
