Villa vacation rentals in Annecy

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, it has everything you need. It enjoys an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the esplanade of the lake is very pleasant, Aix les Bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies. 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will definitely come back to see you.

It was in a very nice location. It's really an ideal place to rest.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

The environment is extremely quiet, which is really nice for resting and in addition the view is pretty! Very well located for enjoying the region as a whole. Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area close to the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

Léa was friendly, efficient and flexible, which I would like to see in everyone in this area! The accommodation, the environment and the neighborhood were what we remembered most from this stay! Very nice view and place with a faithful description on the site, easy to access and pleasant. I recommend this place and this host to everyone. The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. His house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

We had a wonderful family stay (12 people) at this beautiful residence in Pont-de-Beauvoisin. The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental for memorable moments for families or groups of friends!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Thank you Reymond for been very nice warm kind and responsive, sure we will book your apartment again.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house, carefully and tastefully decorated. A real little paradise with everything you need especially for the little ones, all a 10-minute drive to the lake and its activities! In short, we highly recommend this experience. Thanks again.🙏

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

A great place to stay for a summer trip to the Alps.

Very comfortable house and the terraces are nice. There is everything you need to cook (unlike homes that are only used for rent where there is the bare minimum). Lake Aiguebelette is 10 minutes away which is very convenient. Please note, the pool is only installed in June a priori. If this is an important point for you, check with Max at the time of booking. We found an arrangement to compensate for the fact that there is no pool for the weekend of the ascent.

Yacine welcomed us to her home with a magnificent view of Geneva. Yacine is a very friendly and warm host. Recommended.
