New detached house (2023) with a very nice lake view. Accommodation classified 4-star furnished tourism in February 2024. The layout is designed so that everyone has their privacy (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 beds, 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets). 5 min walk to lake and center and 10 min drive to Annecy. The accommodation is located on the D909a connecting Annecy to the resorts of La Clusaz, Gd Bo... Independent accommodation, we will be your neighbors so present to share our good deals!

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
