Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Elodie was super sweet and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation, close to all tourist activities. This place was a big favorite for us. 🫶Elodie was attentive to our needs and super flexible, making sure at all times that our stay was fun. The accommodation is identical to the photos (very modern and clean) and everything was at our disposal for our comfort. If we ever return to Annecy, we will definitely come back to stay at Elodie's. Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Beautiful apartment, lived up to the advert and more, very well equipped. Right in the centre of town yet quiet. All done to a very nice style.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Amandine's atypical accommodation. Beautiful decoration, very clean and well located. We had everything we needed for an exceptional stay. We strongly recommend 🙂

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

Hello, we spent two nights in Emmanuel and Isabelle's accommodation and everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The apartment is very well-equipped and hyper-functional. Isabelle answered all our questions in a very short time and we highly recommend this accommodation for visiting this wonderful city of Annecy.

Really nice place very close to Lake Annecy. Right in the center of lake activity, a lot of street noise our first night there which was a Sunday night but then settled down. Elevator inside building a big plus when transporting luggage. No street parking so parked in parking lot two blocks from apartment as instructed and was reimbursed by rental management very promptly. Large bed also a plus!

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

Alice's place was just perfect! 100% true to the description, everything is very well thought out and attention to detail: the ceiling speaker, kitchen amenities, clean and comfortable linens, access to two bikes. Not to mention the hot tub, which obviously makes all the difference. The lake view is also a real plus! I would recommend it in a second! Thank you again to Alice.
