Charmante maison avec vue splendide sur le lac du Bourget dans toutes les pièces, pour profiter du calme, à l’écart de l’agitation de la plage principale. JUILLET ET AOÛT et Vacances Noël / Jour de l’an : 7 NUITS MINIMUM DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI Elle est au bord du lac d’Aix-les-Bains et au centre du village de Conjux (73310), rénovée, équipée et aménagée avec goût. De 120m², permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 9 pers, située à 70 mètres à vol d’oiseau du lac, avec une petite plage juste en contrebas.

Nous souhaitons vous faire partager une belle région, verte, montagneuse, boisée, avec des lacs et de magnifiques villages authentiques. Situé au sud du massif du Jura au pied du Grand Colombier dans le Valromey. Randonnées à proximité à pied ou en VTT (Massif du Colombier, les Plans d'Hotonnes, le plateau de Retord, sur Lyand). En vélo de route au travers des petits villages. Vous y apprécierez le calme, les grands espaces. A : 1H d'Annecy, de Genève, de Chambery, 1 H 30 de Chamonix.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Within the Parc des Bauges in Savoie, part of the Gîte des 5 Éléments, this spacious (150 m2) and serene accommodation will welcome you with family or friends. A forest (7,000 m2), a vegetable garden, views of the Bauges and Belledonnes, a large lake nearby, position this cottage in a setting of nature and harmony. Services, by reservation, such as breakfast, table d'hôte, massage, organic wine tasting, catering, mountain guide, mountain biking, will be offered.

Ideal for 4 people, renovated by us with the charm of exposed beams and stones, this accommodation offers a beautiful living room overlooking the private garden. Meals can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace, and you can relax, with unobstructed views of the valley and mountains, also appreciable from the two large bedrooms. Perfect also for relaxing in peace during a business trip!

A few minutes' walk: hiking trails, landscaped lake, Albertville/Annecy bike path, climbing rock, restaurants and bakery. 15 minutes by car: Lake Annecy, cinema, paragliding, and all useful shops. Less than 45 minutes away: ski resorts, Annecy, Albertville, Conflans, etc.
