Apartment vacation rentals in Annecy

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

Mon séjour dans l'appartement de Haig fut en tous points une réussite: l'appartement est idéalement placé en plein centre d'Annecy, petit mais chaleureux, bien équipé. Monter dans ce cocon, c'est comme rejoindre un espace où l'on se sent protégé de la turpitude extérieure, où l'on peut respirer et admirer la vue sur le vieux Annecy avec sérénité. Certes les escaliers demandent un peu de bonne volonté pour en venir à bout, mais je ne peux que le conseiller à des voyageurs peu nombreux mais à la recherche d'un espace calme après de longues marches! We had a lovely stay at Carole’s. The location was amazing. Close to everything and amazingly quiet at night at the same time. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans le logement d'Alejandra. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique : 10 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10 minutes du centre historique et 15 minutes du lac. Nombreux commerces (grande surface, restaurants, prêt à porter, pharmacie) à proximité. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et très bien équipé : vous ne manquerez de rien si vous choisissez d'y séjourner ! Nous étions 5 (4 adultes et un jeune enfant) et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds :) Enfin, Alejandra a été extrêmement disponible et est venue nous accueillir en personne.

Great location easy walk to train station, old Town n lake. If coming early be ready to spend some extra euros about 34 euros for 2 lockers for 5 hours. The best part is that the luggage storage is on the groundfloor . Hosts were quick to respond. Everything as described.Would recommend

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

Très bon emplacement près du centre-ville. Tout se fait à pied, location vélo, tour du lac, restauration, gare, marché en face de l’appartement…. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, refait à neuf, nous y avons passé 3 belles nuits ( literie confortable). Le parking en dessous de l’immeuble est un plus. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Je recommande

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, endroit calme. Les explications d’accès ont été très claires. L’appartement est chaleureux, fonctionnel et très agréable. Teo est tres réactif dans ses réponses à mes questions. Je recommande sans hesitation.

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Logement magnifique. On aurait pu penser vu l'emplacement que le logement aurait été exposé au bruit mais il n'en est rien. L'appartement est au calme, décoré avec goût, un vrai cocon où il fait bon vivre! Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien et c'était le cas, on s'y sentait vraiment bien! Merci pour ce si bel appartement à découvrir sans tarder!

Francine was super lovely and really responsive. When we asked for earlier check in and later check out she accommodated it- she was super thoughtful. I really recommend this property

Our stay couldnt have been better. Sebastien provided everyhting we needed. It was the best studio flat we have stayed in. Brilliantly designed and containes everything we could need.

Tamara’s place was awesome. We were so glad we did not opt for a hotel, which is normally where we’ve stayed in Annecy! Her home had every comfort, perfect for our week long stay. Her place is quiet, although right in the heart of the bustle. I haven’t slept this good since high school. It was quiet, peaceful, and Tamara was an excellent host. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to annecy! J’adore!

We loved our stay at Emmanuel's place and would absolutely return. The space is light, clean and spacious. It's in a wonderful location and very easy to walk to everything you need. The hosts were so helpful and accomodating. Annecy is such a special place to visit and staying an Emmanuel's place made us feel right at home. Can't wait to come back one day!

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein du joli cocon de Alice. L’appartement est idéalement situé , très fonctionnel et très joliment décoré. Alice est très disponible et donne de bon conseils. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons par Annecy !

Really nice place very close to Lake Annecy. Right in the center of lake activity, a lot of street noise our first night there which was a Sunday night but then settled down. Elevator inside building a big plus when transporting luggage. No street parking so parked in parking lot two blocks from apartment as instructed and was reimbursed by rental management very promptly. Large bed also a plus!

The apartment was in an absolutely perfect location in the old medieval town section of Annecy, we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Inside, the place was beautiful, so comfortable and smartly organized with everything one could need, clearly with the traveler in mind. If you want to experience the stunning beauty of the city, walkable to so many shops, churches, great restaurants, the lake and the canals surrounding the ancient buildings, parks and lakeside walks, you will not be disappointed in Oceane’s place. She was always at the ready for communication too. We didn’t cook too much (so many great food shops and restaurants everywhere!!) but if you wanted, the kitchen was supplied with anything needed to prepare meals. And the views from the apartment window!!! The canals, views of the Alps and old castles right outside. Airbnb reviews state that “ we would stay here again,” and in this case my wife and I truly mean it. We are anticipating another trip next year.
