The entire apartment is located 50 meters from the lake, on the ground floor and immersed in the medieval center of Anguillara Sabazia. It is perfectly accessible to anyone, with direct entrance on the street, outside the restricted traffic area, and easily reachable by car or by bus that takes you to the metropolitan train to Rome. The area, full of shops and restaurants is a lively part of the village but not noisy. Your small four-legged friends are also our friends (but let us know!).

This is such a beautiful and charming cottage! It is full of character, has a beautiful garden, is in an extremely peaceful location but still very easy to get to both the lake and the town. Communication was fast and clear and I was very well taken care of by the host’s friends who made checking in and out extremely easy. They were welcoming and made sure I had a great time while there. The cottage was clean, beautiful and cozy. I would absolutely recommend this rental.

Gaia’s house is everything you could wish for - perfectly located in beautiful Anguillara, well decorated and full with anything you need, cozy, comfortable and with a stunning view from the living room and bedroom. Around you will find the lake, great restaurants and coffee bars, and paid parking close by. Easily one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in, and Gaia was a generous host, attentive and communicative. Will definitely come back!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful jewel of an Airbnb. The location is fantastic, situated right at the base of the castle. The suite was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was very pleased with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this flat in Rome! It was just like the photos, clean and spacious for two people. The house is very close to the center of Anguillara and the lakefront, very convenient to get around on foot. The spaces are spacious and comfortable. There's no Air Conditioning, but the area is very quiet so you can sleep with the windows open and using the fans you create a good air lap. They have special attention to pets, which made me find both the bowls and a kennel for my dog!

Perfect location to easily explore the city. Walking distance to metro, tram, and bus routes. Beautiful building and flat. Everything needed is provided with grocery stores, coffee/pastry shops and restaurants close by. Marina is responsive and kindly shares her wisdom of Rome helping us to explore the city and sites with the time we had. You certainly won't be disappointed with the flat or Marina.
