Die kleine Einliegerwohnung (im Obergeschoss) ist Teil unseres Hauses (ein ehemaliges Nebengebäude eines Bauernhofes). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mirkowelle, etc.) Badezimmer (Dusche), Schlafzimmer (Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und ein Einzelbett ). Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Für eine späte Anreise, haben wir auch einen Schlüsseltresor am Eingang. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der eigenen Eingangstür.

Ferienwohnung auf einem Pferdehof

Unsere niedliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Bauernhauses auf unserem Pferdehof. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit einem Tagesbett für eine Person, welches auch für 2 Personen ausgezogen werden kann. In der Küche befindet sich noch ein Einzelbett. Ein Esstisch mit 4 Sitzgelegenheiten und eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile macht die Küche komplett. Ein Duschbad/WC gehört ebenso zu der Wohnung. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch.

Small flat in the center of Harsefeld (circa 30 sqm). It is central, yet quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

Willkommen im in 2020 errichteten Anbau meines schönen Holzhauses! Egal ob für ein entspanntes Wochenende oder längere Aufenthalte, sie bietet für 2 Personen Raum zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer heizt sich die Dachgeschosswohnung übrigens nicht auf, da sie die Isolierung von Passivhäusern hat. Im Sommer kühl, im Winter warm! Bei erhöhtem Platzbedarf kann die darunter gelegene Wohnung (ca. 60 m2) mit 3 Schlafplätzen und Terrasse dazu gemietet werden.

The house in Breddorf is huge (we were only 3 people) but has a friendly and quirky vibe. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden lovely and open with lots of kids play things. It was very quiet and felt private and peaceful. The beds were large and comfortable, the bathroom very accessible and super clean. Everything was great. The host is friendly and keen to help if needed. We definitely would have happily stayed for longer!

Norbert und Christine haben die Wohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sie haben an alles gedacht, auch for unseren Hund. Die Küche hat auch alles was man sich wünschen könnte und der Garten ist traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is such a charming place to stay with lots of character in a really beautiful area that's away from busy areas but central and close enough to get to Hamburg or Bremerhaven (among other places) to do some more exploring. I hope we can return again and do a bit more in the nearby villages because this also looks like an awesome place to stay if you want to go hiking or biking. The house itself had everything we needed (beware it's from the 1700s and has correspondingly tall door heights--watch your head!). We were comfy and cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. Our host went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out. I really recommend staying here.

Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet jede Menge Platz – perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch ideal für eine Gruppe von Erwachsenen. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight: schön angelegt, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Von der Küche bis zu den Schlafzimmern war alles durchdacht eingerichtet und in einem top Zustand. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine komfortable, ruhige und zugleich vielseitige Unterkunft suchen!

Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub mit unserem 11 Monate alten Sohn. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und kindersicher. Der direkte Zugang zur Wohlfühloase mit Whirlpool, Pool und einer schönen, großen Terrasse waren perfekt, um abzuschalten und sich zu entspannen! Das gesamte Inserat ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Maren ist super nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :-)
