The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. Walk, bike or take public transportation in or out of the city. We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc.

This water villa is situated at the beginning of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam . Located in the center between the Central Station and the Jordaan. 10 min walk from the C.S. and 5 min to the Jordaan. Lovely modern water villa in the middle of the centre with everything handy. Living room is overlooking the water, large open windows facing the canal, design interior, large dining table, three bedrooms. Many museums, shops, railway station, boat cruise on the canals, plenty of restaurants

The houseboat is in the heart of Amsterdam’s Jordaan, offering a peaceful stay in a vibrant central location. It has two private 16 m² guest studios, each with its own entrance from a shared hallway, private bathroom, toilet, and compact kitchenette. I live on board in a separate private section of the boat. The Anne Frank House, Noordermarkt and Haarlemmerstraat are just minutes away. Large sliding windows open fully with beautiful canal views, but built-in shades ensure privacy and comfort.

This is the most laid back boat and bed in Amsterdam. The location is perfect, very close to the center but just far enough to retreat from the hustle and bustle after your city visit. In your completely separate quarters you will have everything you need to feel at home. A separate entrance gives you the freedom to come and go as you please. Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Johannes

This ship from 1886 used to be part of the Dutch sailing inland waterway, which was used to transport many building materials and foodstuffs. The Johannes has now been converted into a houseboat, of which three floors of the wheelhouse have been furnished for those of you who like to spend the night in the center of Amsterdam but also appreciate some peace and quiet. Cozy street & super central. You will stay privately in the back of the ship, which used to be the wheelhouse and engine room.

Come and stay in a houseboat! We offer a private guesthouse with large dining / living room (including comfy bedsofa for 2) and separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.
