Lovely vacation home on the beautiful recreational park Buitenborgh on the water. Swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. During the summer, enjoy a BBQ in the sun-drenched garden, looking over the water. Cook together in the bright kitchen, and enjoy a delicious meal at the dinner table. The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.

You can find our very nice familyhome in one of the most beautiful areas of Amsterdam. In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.

Studio Tol, quietly located on the dunes

Studio Tol was completely rebuilt in 2019 and has all the comforts. For example, there is a living room, separate bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. In the living room there is a lovely sofa bed and a TV with most digital channels. There is also a dining table where you can dine if you have prepared your meal in your own kitchen. This kitchen has all the comforts such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, kettle and induction cooktop.

Here peace, luxury and nature come together. Enjoy the lake with your own boat. Amsterdam and Utrecht are about 20 minutes away by car or Uber. Young male groups and parties are not allowed.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.
