This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.

Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
