The garden area is at the disposal of the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement. Loderbach is a quiet place with very good transport links: - 3 minutes to the Neumarkt highway ramp (A3) - 5 minutes to Neumarkt - 30 minutes to Nuremberg - 35 minutes to Regensburg

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It extends over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own separate terrace with a view.
