Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The city center, the nearest supermarket and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

In the middle of the Upper Palatinate cultural landscape, nestled in sunny hills, our art workshop is located on the outskirts of the village. The enchantingly restored house from 1922 forms a magnificent courtyard with the studio and the guest house.
