Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Lovely, central accommodation in trendy area

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Pretty little duplex apartment

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Stay in the merchant's villa, built in 1885 and renovated in 2020, in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old-build charms with modern hotel-like amenities, improved soundproofing and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular Sternschanze district. Child-friendly neighborhood with playgrounds.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Cozy-maritime, creatively renovated apartment in the original coach house on the Elbe, flooded with light with a mini balcony on the stairs, double bed and third sleeping option in the loft bed, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

A warm Moin Moin from Hamburg! The cozy little apartment advertised here is located in the basement of my single-family home in the tranquil Elbe suburb of Blankenese. You have the apartment with its own entrance and bathroom all to yourself. It is suitable for one or two people who value their privacy. It is lovingly and tastefully furnished for you. Fantastic apartment - central location with pond view

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. For children, the large playground in the park offers a lot of variety.

Funky - 2 rooms, elevator, good connection

The bright, cozy and modern apartment is located on the 2nd upper floor. The connection to the city is very good. You can reach the S-Bahn (city rail) station Langenfelde in about 3 minutes on foot. From there, an S-Bahn runs every 10 minutes to the city center or to the port. Duration to city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 min. On foot you can reach in about 4 minutes two shops: Penny (8:00-23:00) and REWE City (8:00-24:00)

Cozy studio in Hamburg Schnelsen

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner. Cool Tiny House in upgraded retro AirStream

The charming 1977 AirStream oldtimer parks in a corner of our property. It is connected to main power and water, to offer the comfort of a normal appartement while having the feeling of living in the middle of nature. With it's 22 squaremeters there is enough room for two guests. A terasse surrounded by bushes and trees offers an additional private space outside.
