On foot you can reach the Langenfelde S-Bahn station in about 4 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn [suburban train] runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

New opening 9/2020. Beautiful apartment in a quiet courtyard location on the edge of the Schanzenviertel. Stay in the merchant villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a traffic-calmed residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Penthouse in Art Nouveau villa

You can enjoy life like Hanseatic merchants in our house from 1907, with all modern amenities. Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort.
