Unser Loft befindet sich im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerkomplexes aus den 1920er-Jahren. Wir haben eine alte lichtdurchflutete Werkstatt mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Metall und Eiche hochwertig ausgebaut. Wir bieten: - 5m hohe Decken - eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche - ein modernes Bad mit Rainshower-Brause - einen großzügigen Wohnbereich. Auf der Galerie befindet sich das bequeme Doppelbett. Bitte keine Anfragen bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Filmdrehs oder ähnlichem. Gäste haben Zugang zu dem gesamten Loft. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und stehen unseren Gästen gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Hoheluft-West liegt im Herzen der Stadt, weniger als zwei Kilometer vom Schanzenviertel, drei Kilometer von der Alster und vier Kilometer vom Hafen entfernt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und sicher, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite. Die U-Bahnstationen Hoheluftbrücke (U3) und Schlump (U2) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 181 hält fast direkt vor dem Gebäude, und die Busse M4 und M5 halten weniger als 100m entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis kann fast überall auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt im Loft. Rauchen vor der Tür ist ok, allerdings ab 22:00 Uhr bitte nicht laut reden wegen der Nachbarn. Auf keinen Fall die Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher benutzen (das hat doch tatsächlich schon jemand gemacht...)!

Die renovierte helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Hamburg und erstreckt sich mit 95qm in einem repräsentativen Altbau aus dem Jahre 1896, in einer der besten Wohnlagen Hamburgs. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig und ist für bis zu 4 Personen geeignet. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die Alster, mit seinen zahlreichen Parks entlang des Ufers. Die Innenstadt, die Messehallen und das Kongresszentrum sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft genießt man die unmittelbare Nähe, zu zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, sowie Supermärkten und Bäckereien. Jeden Dienstag und Freitag findet in Harvestehude der bekannte Isemarkt statt, hier kann man toll frühstücken, Fischbrötchen essen oder sich von regionalen Köstlichkeiten verführen lassen.

Unsere charmante Einliegerwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse eines Wohngebiets, nahe dem Alstertal, das zu schönen Spaziergängen einlädt und dem AEZ - Hamburgs schönstes Einaufzentrum. Der Flughafen ist zehn Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, und die Hamburger Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht und innerhalb von ca. 30 Min. zu erreichen. Die voll ausgestattete Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Garten mit Terasse, der Privatsphäre garatiert, und ist sehr kinderfreundlich.
