Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Alster

Despite the rain, we had a great long weekend with the family. Everyone had their retreat. Together we came in the garden arbor or in the house by the fireplace. There were 9 of us. The house has a lot of charm. Cozy beds. We lacked nothing. We'll be happy to come back.

Superbly equipped apartment in the old town. There was nothing missing. Parking for 2 cars available. Marion already informed us on the way there about the status of the check-in. Upon arrival, we were received in a very friendly manner and received a brief introduction to the apartment. Marion also gave us tips about the area and restaurants. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice accommodation and lovingly furnished, you feel right at home! The only thing I have to complain about is the neighborhood. This is not very lively now. To Hamburg in the city you can take the bus for about 30 minutes, but it was perfectly fine. For the fact that you have Öjendorfer See next door, 5 minutes' walk. I'd love to come back! Perfect for dogs and humans :)

The cottage is quietly located in a residential neighborhood just outside, between the city and the HSV stadium. But everything is easily accessible by public transport. There is everything you need, dish soap, soap, shower gel, toilet paper for the beginning, as well as bed linen and towels. There were four of us (2 adults) + 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for us. We can absolutely recommend the house. Shopping about 500-700 m further in the form of a small shopping center

Top location to visit the surrounding area as well as Hamburg directly. From Großhansdorf, you can quickly get to Hamburg without much change and other destinations such as the wildlife park Schwarze Berge or Trappenkamp can be reached quickly via the good highway connection. In the evening, you can end the day with a cold beer in the garden or fall exhausted directly into the cozy bed. A highly recommended accommodation for activities in the beautiful north.

We were allowed to spend an extended weekend in Birte's house. From the first moment, we felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very cozy and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The quiet location in the middle of the countryside is particularly beautiful – perfect for unwinding and resting. Thanks to the direct access to the dike, you can spontaneously watch the ships and sheep passing by. The sauna is also a nice bonus (costs extra, but the price is fine). All in all, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back!

"Dat Au Huus" is simply worth every penny. It is very lovingly renovated and equipped with everything you need. There's nothing missing. You feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and well maintained. You have plenty of space and the garden and terrace are also a dream. Communication with Sonja is very friendly, straightforward and fast. Exemplary! And their homemade welcome curd cheese balls were very delicious. 👍 We give everything to stars, and definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the nice days.

With the kindness and helpfulness of Laila and her mother, as well as in the lovingly furnished apartment, we felt almost at home (only the refrigerator could be a little bigger). The sauna, the shower, and in good weather the pool, surrounded by the beautiful green garden were the highlights.

The place looks even better in person than in the photos. The furnishings, the furniture and the entire interior have been selected with high quality and taste. A lot of attention to detail is evident in all corners. You feel right at home and well looked after. The pool is a dream! You have it to yourself until 10 pm. Marcel is such a nice and accommodating host! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place to anyone who reads this and is still struggling!

A very cute, small granny apartment with shared garden. Very child-friendly. We felt very comfortable right away. Yvonne greeted us in a very friendly way. There was even a fresh breakfast egg, elderflower jelly and chicken feed for everyone with which we were allowed to feed the in-house chickens. Our son was very pleased with the child-friendly bedding and the available building blocks and books. There was also a toilet seat and potty. We stayed there for one night and could definitely imagine coming back again. There are many great destinations nearby. Everything was very clean, neat and easy to feel good.☺️

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

A really nice family house in a quite and peaceful area. Some of the beds are in the basement, but the rooms have fresh air and are clean and tidy. I wish we had more time to spend here rather than just an overnight stop on our way from Norway.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

Was always friendly and accommodating, good hospitality. Beautiful surroundings in a very quiet atmosphere.

Wolfgang and Carola welcomed us in a very friendly way. They were flexible and extremely nice. The place was great for us. The double bed in the separate bedroom was very cozy. The bathroom is quite narrow, but in a very clean and good condition. We didn't use the kitchen knives, but everything important seemed to be there. In addition to the kitchen knife, the second room offered enough space for a dining table and a living area with a folding sofa bed. The location is very quiet and the large garden a true oasis. For our purposes, the location was great, but otherwise it is a residential area with manageable offers. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time, on our impulsive weekend trip to Hamburg. The apartment is stylish, and very modern. If you value a premium look and feel without breaking the bank, and with a walking distance to public transport into the city, then this is the place for you!

Fantastic place just outside the hustle and bustle of main Hamburg. Clean and spacious space with all the things you need (shower, kitchen, TV, desk). What made this extra special was that Andreas brought me some food as I arrived on a day that was a national holiday in Germany. He didn't need to do that, but did and it shows his caring nature for his guests. I can't recommend this place, or Andreas enough!

Absolutely stunning location in the most beautiful part of Hamburg. The views and the activity on the river are a constant source of interest and excitement.

Lovely apartment that makes you feel like at home, clean and well organized. I feel happy to have found it. Besides, Isabella is very friendly and helpful. Fully recommended and would stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious house located in a charming wooded setting. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. Great living and dining area. Spacious kitchen with all the appliances you could need, including a microwave, washer and dryer. It has a garage on site (it is highly advisable to have a car), a large park behind the house ideal for the summer months, an excellent heating system and a very good supermarket 1 km away. Claudia always communicated quickly and concretely and speaks Spanish very well. He showed concern for his guests, always with a cordial and affectionate tone, providing immediate solutions to all inquiries or doubts. Although it seems far away, you can reach the center of Hamburg in 25 minutes by car. Excellent and comfortable alternative accommodation in the area, and I must highlight Claudia's service at all times...!
