Mon gîte est proche de la nature. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le quartier, les espaces extérieurs, le patrimoine, le calme et surtout notre accueil simple et authentique. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les cyclistes, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) surtout à la saison hivernale ( évidement les compagnons à quatre pattes sont acceptés ). Il est lumineux, comporte une chambre pour deux, une mezzanine un grand salon et une Kitchenette.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen. Durch eine gute Anbindung ist man schnell in der Stadt, aber wohnt trotzdem komplett im Grünen mit Garten und Naturteich. Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Schlossberg oder das Grazer Wahrzeichen der Uhrturm liegen in kurzer Entfernung und sind gut mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.
