Fiorella villa offers uninterrupted sea views of Souda bay, from all rooms and terrace, and includes a private pool, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, and 1 bathroom. Fiorella villa is well situated close to the lively village of Kalyves, with its long stretched sandy beaches, supermarkets, beach restaurants, bars, cafes and stores, within reach of 5 min drive, or 15 min walk.

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The house is located on a hill in Neo Chorio and is a part of a 5 house complex with a shared swimming-pool. It has its own private garden and parking space. The house is fully equipped and it has a beautiful view of the Souda Bay and the Lefka Ori. The distance from Chania airport is about 25klm, 30klm from Rethymno and 5klm from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kalyves. in Neo Chorio that is about 900m away from the house you can find mini market, pharmacy, taverns and cafes.
