The villa enjoys a unique rural location . Set on a private plot of 4,700 sqm, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere ! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway.Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views.Around April new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.

The Stone House in Aspro (South Side)

The Southern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a spacious innter yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.
