Vacation rentals with a sauna in Albula District

Cozy apartment, very spacious, with good view on the mountains and with heated swimming pool; spacious car parking; bus stop nearby.

My family and I had a fantastic stay in Marco’s home. The apartment is recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. The apartment is in great condition, very clean and cozy. The location is great too, right across the street there is a convenience store with all the necessities and a bus stop with regular service to the town. We skied most days and it was very easy and convenient to take the bus to the slopes. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. This was our best experience with Airbnb so far. We can’t wait to go back!

Excelente ubicación, muy cercano a la pista de esquiar. El departamento está muy bien equipado y todo limpio. Además el edificio cuenta con muchas opciones de entretenimiento, sobretodo para los niños. Pasamos una semana muy agradable. Gracias por todo!

We loved staying at Alberto’s place! It was perfect for our group of 5. It was clean, easy to find and drive into the garage, and most importantly, the location could not have been better! Right in the center of town, and about a five minute walk to the ski lift. Thank you!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Wohnung während der Sportferien. Sie hat eine ruhige Lage und ist nicht weit vom Skilift Fadail entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Hauskomplex gibt es einen grossen Pool mit einem Spa-Bereich für gemeinsame Nutzung, welcher aber nie überfüllt ist. Jelena - die Gastgeberin war stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Place was wonderful and renter very nice and responsive . The place was very cute , comfy and clean .we truly enjoyed it . The only thing I will suggest is that there is more information at check in. The GPS takes you to the back of the building instead of the front . The. Is not easy to guess what’s the building as there are 2 sets of stairs . Something else was there is only 1 key taht opens 2 doors . And we didn’t know this so we freaked out thinking we were missing the key , but turns out 1 key opens 2 doors . Usually none of this is an issue as there is someone who welcomes you . In. Our case we arrived very late . So this is Not on the host but on us .

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, qualitativ hochwertig, alles vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Mitbenutzung von Spa und Fitness ist ideal. Ebenso Shuttle zum Skilift. Dana immer gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles was man braucht und wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Rhein ist toll und das Dorf Andeer ist eine super Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen. Der Check In war unkompliziert und Ladina ist eine sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Top :-) wir können absolut nichts bemängeln. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Wohnung, blitzsauber, ruhig gelegen, top ausgestattete Küche, schöner Balkon, bequemes Bett... 5 Sterne mehr als verdient :-)

Great appartement, close to the Jakobshorn Ski-Lift. Nice location with afternoon sun on the balcony. All facilities are close by (train station, shops, super market, ski bus stop). Complete kitchen with good aplliances and kitchen tools.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Clio. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, il était super propre et bien équipé. Clio a été très réactive, flexible et serviable. Merci Clio !

War alles gut. Leider war es nicht ganz sauber. Nichtdestotrotz war es sonst ein super Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung. Perfekt ausgestattet - nichts fehlt. Gute Lage zum Skilift. Kommunikation mit Vermieter sowie check in unkompliziert.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem privaten Haus! Ein sehr gemütlicher, sauberer und gepflegter Ort. Besonders gut haben uns die Sauna und der Grillbereich gefallen – perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit Freunden oder der Familie. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Schwimmbad, wo wir ebenfalls eine tolle Zeit hatten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Es gibt genug Schlafräume um sich selbst in großen Gruppen nicht in die Quere zu kommen, aber gleichzeitig tolle Gemeinschaftsräume um die Zeit miteinander zu genießen. Die tolle Küche ist ein Highlight für jeden Hobby-Koch und auch sonst ist für jede Menge Beschäftigung für Groß und Klein mit Hobby-Raum, Sauna und Pool gesorgt. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, bietet einen tollen Ausblick und ist nur 10 min vom Skigebiet Savognin entfernt. Die Kommunikation und Organisation mit Carmen und Luca lief immer sehr freundlich und schnell ab und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I had a wonderful stay in Stuart and Lara’s spacious and beautiful chalet. Extremely comfortable, fully equipped and the views are breathtaking. It was amazing to have the full mountain feel and also have such easy access to Davos slopes and apres activities. Our stay was too short so we will definitely return again for longer. Thank you again Lara & Stuart for being so responsive to our needs during our stay.

Great place to stay! We visited for a family weekend and found the Airbnb incredibly well-equipped. We would definitely book again.
